Tropical weather in the Caribbean changes incredibly quickly. A forecast showing rain often just means a brief, passing shower followed by bright sunshine! Because you will be spending most of your time swimming anyway, our tours operate normally rain or shine.
The Cozumel Port Authority
When it comes to severe weather—such as high winds, strong currents, or heavy storms—safety is our absolute top priority. The Cozumel Port Authority (the local Harbormaster) constantly monitors ocean conditions. If they deem the water unsafe for recreational activities, they will officially “close the port” and legally restrict vessels from leaving the marina.

If the Port Authority closes the port on the day of your excursion and we are forced to cancel your trip, you are completely covered. You will immediately be given two choices:
