Can I cancel or change my booking?

Absolutely – we understand plans change for a variety of reasons. All we ask is at least 24 hours’ notice using before your scheduled tour departure time when making a significant change (such as number of passengers, or departure date or time) or cancelling your booking altogether.

Cancellations or significant changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be treated as a ‘no-show’. The only exception to this is if we’re able to successfully resell your tickets.

If your cruise ship is unable to dock (such as during bad weather), or if we have to cancel a trip due to bad weather, we’ll offer you a 100% refund.

 Verified Great experience We were the Poseidon boat with Leo. Crew was great. Very attentive and asking if you needing anything throughout the tour. Final stop with the stingrays and appetizers was great. No complaints other than having to pick up people from other piers once most of us were on the original pickup spot.
