We love welcoming families onboard! To ensure safety, legal compliance, and accurate boat capacity, we have very clear ticketing categories based on your child’s age on the day of the tour.
Infants (Children under 4 years old)
Infants are not permitted on our boat tours, owing to strict safety protocols enforced by the Cozumel Port Authority.
Children (Ages 4 to 8)
Children in this age bracket qualify for our child ticket rate.
Please note that our boats are an active marine environment, and children must be closely supervised by a responsible, capable adult at all times.
Young Adults (Ages 9 to 17)
For ticketing purposes, guests aged 9 and older are classified as adults and pay the standard adult fare.

Important Rules for All Minors (Under 18)
Regardless of ticket type, we strictly enforce the following policies for any guest under the age of 18:
- Adult Supervision Required: Every minor must be accompanied by at least one full-fare, capable adult that is responsible for their care during the tour (at a maximum ratio of 3 minors to 1 adult).
- Zero Alcohol Policy: The legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. Under no circumstances will alcohol be served to anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent.
