Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we do! We recently opened the doors to our newly refurbished headquarters and retail store right in the heart of downtown Cozumel.

Whether you want to speak with our team to book a tour in person, or you just need to pick up some last-minute gear before hitting the water, we have you covered. Inside, you will find our dedicated booking desk alongside a retail section stocked with our exclusive branded swimwear, high-quality masks, snorkels, fins, and more.

How to Find Us

We are incredibly easy to find. Our store is located right on the main waterfront road, just a short 2 to 3-minute walk from the main passenger ferry terminal. Just look for our clearly branded storefront signage!

Opening Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week

 Verified Great experience We were the Poseidon boat with Leo. Crew was great. Very attentive and asking if you needing anything throughout the tour. Final stop with the stingrays and appetizers was great. No complaints other than having to pick up people from other piers once most of us were on the original pickup spot.
