There are currently 3 cruise ship terminals in Cozumel, situated at different points on the island.

Punta Langosta
Closest to the downtown Cozumel area, and about a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal.
There are a number of shops, cafes and restaurants in this terminal (accessible to the public).
At the time of writing, MSC Cruises, Norwegian, Disney Cruise Lines and Virgin Voyages will typically arrive at the Punta Langosta terminal.
International Pier
Further down the coast, around 3 miles south from the downtown Cozumel area, sitting between the Punta Langosta and Puerta Maya terminals.
There is a shopping complex within this terminal (accessible to cruise ship passengers only), as well as a shopping village opposite this terminal (accessible to the public), and a taxi rank outside.
At the time of writing, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises will typically arrive at the International Pier terminal.
Puerta Maya
Furthest down the coast, also around 3 miles south from the downtown Cozumel area, adjacent to the International Pier.
There is a shopping village within this terminal (accessible to cruise ship passengers only), as well as a shopping village opposite this terminal (accessible to the public), and a taxi rank outside.
At the time of writing, Carnival Cruise Line (and its sister brands) will typically arrive at the Puerta Maya terminal.
